About

I’m Andrea — a Swedish teacher, language coach and multilingual educator with over a decade of international experience. I’ve taught Swedish in Geneva, Paris, Luxembourg, Stockholm, Malmö, and at one of France’s most reputable international schools. I work with adults of all levels, from complete beginners to professionals who need Swedish for work, interviews, leadership, or everyday life.

My teaching style is straightforward, structured and practical — but always creative. I focus on real communication, clear explanations, and helping people actually use the language confidently, not just study it. Every lesson is adapted to the person in front of me.

Before teaching full time, I worked in a mix of roles — from photography to management to admin — and that variety helps me understand different industries, learning styles and personalities. I also train dogs and have done photography projects centred on people, urban life and homelessness. I bring the same observational eye into my teaching: noticing details, patterns and what my students need in the moment.

I speak Swedish, but speak fluent English, French and Hungarian, and I work comfortably with learners from many language backgrounds.
